ITBN is now a household word in the industry. The journey started in 2004, when an idea came from the minds of Hungarian IT professionals to create an independent professional forum representing the interests of all players and users in the market.
The original vision has now been surpassed, as ITBN has also become the first showcase for innovations and new products. The conference will feature distinguished speakers who will present the current views of the legal, economic, professional and regulatory organizations that shape the sector, in an interesting and sometimes entertaining format.
The event brings together everyone who matters, making it a great opportunity to build and strengthen your offline network: in addition to those involved in IT security at the highest levels, auditors, security managers, vendors, organizational decision makers, consultants, distributors, business and corporate managers, and IT procurement managers are all represented year after year.
Will you be with us this year?

ITBN is as much ours as it is yours, and that's why we love it.
We're a cohesive, flexible team of mostly people (!) with a completely mixed background from the B2B world. What we have in common is that we love doing ITBN! Because here we can do everything that is difficult to do in larger organizations. Get to know us, and we hope to get to know you!
I am fascinated by the relationship between people, their rules and modern technologies. And stuffed peppers. I'm juggling about ten things at once: researching the future of cyber secrets, discussing cybersecurity issues and strategies for almost 30 years, lecturing on AI and hackers… but I've also written a book and produced a sci-fi movie. And, of course, I've raised my “child”, ITBN, for several decades within a large and exceptionally talented company, who are all here.
I firmly believe that cherry sauce and video games are the balance of the world, and that people should be talking a lot to each other and to machines as well, instead of lizard brain reactions.
I talk a lot about these things on podcasts, TV, radio, YouTube, my own channels in Hungary and Asia, and it's not uncommon to find me taming black mambas (you know, the chocolate cake with that name) at our family dessert bar, Édesmindegy in Pozsonyi street.
I had just started in radio when ITBN started, but that's not the only thing we have in common. As an editor-programmer in radio, I always stood out because I was the one who immediately understood the editing or even the broadcast control programs or how to operate the sound desk, I was the nerd. That's how I stand out in the IT world, because I love to talk and perform, in this world I'm the one who can connect not only through my avatar.
A perpetual odd one out who still finds it easy to find a voice with everyone. And that's what I need in my work, as well as the constant search for the most exciting topic and the best expert, whether it's the content of ITBN or a podcast.
Hello everyone! I come from the world of large B2B projects, while I have seen at least as many weddings as ITBN events. I love variety and valuable content.
The world of events is magical and sometimes chaotic, where the task is often not just to pull back the curtain, but to build the whole theater. I know of few things as complex and creative as ITBN, where I work day in and day out to make sure that every event we do is interesting and relevant, while still having something for everyone. Having a soul.
Although I am the youngest member of the team, I have gained a lot of professional experience over the years. I graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest with a degree in Economics. Since then, my life has been intertwined with the world of information security and data protection, in addition to being a dad.
My key positions held so far: Group Chief Information Security and Privacy Officer, Information Security Program Manager for the Central Europe Region, Data Protection Officer, GDPR Project Leader and Data Protection Program Manager, Information Security Officer and Expert, Management Consultant.
In the past few years, I’ve had the chance to try my hand at many different areas, from sales and marketing to employer branding. I’ve gained diverse experience across a wide range of sectors, from the food industry to IT.
I enjoy creating real value through my work, and I firmly believe that drive and enthusiasm are essential if we want to achieve meaningful change. Even during my university years, I was actively involved in projects I believed in and felt passionate about — and that hasn’t changed when it comes to ITBN either.
I’m happy to be part of the team, helping interested partners find and build the best possible collaboration for them.
I've been chasing bits for a while now, about 20 years and a little more. At first, I was just trying to get the "ping" to work and have a network connection. Then, over time, I started to wonder: well, I can ping, but why are the packets so big? Why is this printer sshing? And why does the "party" in cyberspace usually start on Friday night?
As a marketing and communications professional, I’ve found my place in the B2B world of the telecommunications sector. While others get excited about new gadgets, I’m passionate about all things marketing, AI, and strategic management — I’m always on the lookout for new courses and insights in these areas. I have a superpower: even though data is my best friend, I never lose sight of the people behind the numbers. The phrase “this is how we’ve always done it” gives me chills — I much prefer bold, unconventional solutions. My mind works like a strange circuit diagram, constantly seeking connections and those rare individuals who dare to think differently. For me, ITBN is the place where I can actually put my knowledge to good use. Because let’s face it — our data already knows more about us than we do about ourselves, especially now that AI has joined the game. And yes, I truly believe this is something that concerns all of us.
Events, sports, and health development — that’s who I am. I never would have thought that IT and I would become such good friends. Like fire and water. But after countless late-night conversations, I realized we have more in common than I ever imagined: constant growth, creativity, innovation, and professional content — and that’s exactly what ITBN is all about. A perfect match.
I’m the operational organizer, problem-solver, and creative thinker connecting the different project areas — someone who knows that success lies in the details. Throughout my agency and event management career, I’ve always focused on solutions that not only address current challenges but also anticipate future opportunities. And that’s no different here at ITBN. In fact, it’s even more true!
For me, it’s essential that my work isn’t just about success — there should also be a bit of magic, something every participant will remember fondly.
Hi everyone! I’ve been working in the world of event management for 16 years now, and I can honestly say I never get tired of it! I started out at an agency, later moved to the client side, and for the past 8 years, I’ve been working as an entrepreneur. Since then, I’ve been constantly involved in different and exciting projects – including ITBN. My strengths lie in operational management and having a comprehensive perspective. Although sales hasn’t been my main focus until now, I really enjoy building relationships with people, making new connections, and finding solutions – whether it’s about business or just having a good conversation. I’m inspired by many things, so I always strive to find the right balance between creativity and efficiency – and that’s exactly how we do it in the ITBN team too!
Hi there! I’ve been working in the world of event planning for more than 22 years. As a member of the ITBN team, I’m happy to play my part in making our events a reality — whether it’s handling the tiniest details or tackling the biggest challenges. I love solving problems and keeping up the pace — it’s all part of the job, and it comes with every single event. If you’re attending ITBN, you can be sure we’re doing everything we can to make sure everything runs smoothly and perfectly — both behind the scenes and on stage — so you can have the best possible experience!
As a digital marketing guru, I spend my days trying to explain technology and security issues to people as if I were just promoting the latest fashions. I believe in the power of communication and that with the right messages, we can get even the most stubborn to pay more attention to what and why they touch their fingertips and to use technology for good.
I am a smartass in IT Security. Why is that?
1: I've been in the industry for years, following international news, sitting in on security meetings at major domestic companies, as well as reading up on strategies, vendor goals and solutions. I rarely hear of anything novel anymore, so I can always hum along with whatever's on the agenda. (In the words of Mikkamakka: I know almost everything, or I almost know everything, which means it’s everything I almost know).
2: Just as an egg is made up of two main parts, I, the smart-ass, have this dichotomy: Although I have been working in the security industry for years, I can understand those who do not consider it a priority, what’s more... Blessed with a healthy skepticism and the other qualities I listed in point one, I am very good at reasoning, or in a more trendy term, challenging.
If you don't believe me, check it out and come to ITBN!

Just tell us what you want and we will be able to help you!
Will I still have a job tomorrow or will AI take my place?
Is this question starting to cross your mind more frequently? ITBN and Business Fest have partnered to address these and related issues affecting the world of work. The number one professional forum for cybersecurity and Hungary’s largest business festival are joining forces to organize their upcoming events in close collaboration, focusing on the connection between AI and business. They aim to bring together IT and security experts with decision-makers from other business areas to jointly look at how industries can work together with technologies like AI that are bursting onto the scene at such speed. They're also seeking out ways to prepare for and maximize the benefits of such changes.

Data-driven thinking and artificial intelligence are clearly the seeds of the digital revolution. AI is evolving so rapidly that it will have a powerful impact on all areas of business. We believe that everything is connected, so it's not just IT, it's playing a dominant role in everything from marketing decisions to HR processes.
For almost two decades, ITBN has been the leading independent professional platform for cybersecurity, a major conference and exhibition where market players can network and learn about the latest trends and innovations. Business Fest is a uniquely designed event that focuses on the interconnectedness of different business sectors. The success and importance of the event is demonstrated by the fact that more than 6,000 visitors attended the biggest business festival of the year.
Gergely Tóth, founder and owner of the event, said that the companies present at Business Fest represent almost 30% of Hungary's GDP, and it was during discussions with them that the need to analyze and forecast the expected business impact of AI in each sector emerged. "We could not have found a better partner than ITBN, which is an unrivaled forum on this topic," he added.
Arthur Keleti, founder of ITBN, pointed out that AI was already the leitmotif of the cyber conference in 2017, with an unprecedented technological breakthrough in the last period. "We now have a lot of work to do to use it well, for good and safely, it's an important mission, now in partnership with Business Fest," he noted.
Data, technology and artificial intelligence are no longer just the domain of IT, which is why ITBN and Business Fest are jointly exploring their impact on business. Today, no area can remain digital, data and AI neutral, as it is no longer just a matter for cybersecurity experts. Together, the two forums will guide business decision-makers through the fast-paced world of artificial intelligence. Together, they will show what the AI trend has to offer and what to look out for in the coming months. For those who don't want to miss out, be sure to check out the two partners' upcoming events!
